VENEER
Veneer consists of a thin sheet of wood, which is glued to a dull and hard fibreboard in MDF.
Cleaning is done with a slightly damp cloth. No strong cleaning agents may be used.
The oak veneer in the Denver collection, ”weathered oak”, is treated with wax from the
factory and must be regularly treated with an uncoloured furniture wax to have protection
against stains and dirt. We recommend ”Protect Spraywax”. Art No. 97-10002.
The oak veneer in the colours Antique grey and Black Oak veneer is painted and varnished
in several steps, which gives a hard and durable surface, but retains its natural grain and
appearance.
The Macao and Vermont series consist of birch veneer that has been painted and varnished.
