Elm is a very strong and durable hardwood that ages beautifully over time. Our products are characterized by a raw, untreated look with an unpolished surface that highlights the natural irregularities of the wood. Each piece is truly unique, showcasing signs of the wood’s previous life – such as small cracks, nail holes, color variations, and irregular grain patterns. These features are an intentional part of the collection’s character.

During production, the wood is treated multiple times with wax to protect and enhance its natural beauty. Minor cracks may still develop over time as the wood continues to move and adapt to its environment – this is a natural part of working with solid, reclaimed wood.

<strong>Recommended Use:</strong> Indoor use only.

• Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth
• Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to clean natural cracks and crevices
• Treat the surface regularly with natural wood wax or pigmented wax if a darker tone is desired
• Spray wax is also a suitable alternative
• If left untreated, the surface becomes more sensitive, and stains may become permanent – even if wiped off immediately
