Rattan is a natural material derived from thick grass and palm species. As it is entirely natural and all furniture is handcrafted, each piece is unique. Variations in color and appearance may occur depending on the season when the rattan is harvested and the furniture is produced.

Our rattan products are made from various types of rattan, all sourced from plantations in Indonesia. Common varieties include kubu, slimit, abaca, croco, lacak, and malaka. The surface is sometimes treated with a water-based lacquer. Recommended for indoor use. Over time, rattan becomes dry and brittle, making it prone to breakage under pressure or weight. Therefore, it should be regularly moisturized with a spray bottle, for example. Clean with a damp cloth and a soft brush.
