Material Description – Oak & Reclaimed Oak

Oak is a hard, dense, and strong type of wood, making it an excellent choice for furniture making. All our furniture is crafted from European oak and is recommended for indoor use.

Solid Oak – Natural beauty in every piece

Products in the colors Pebbles Grey, Carbon, Silverback, Black Oak, and US Brown are made from solid oak and have been hand-treated and painted. A clear wax is applied to the surface, which remains smooth while preserving the natural knots and cracks, making each piece unique—no two are exactly alike.

Reclaimed Oak – Aged wood with a story

Reclaimed Oak is fully recycled oak sourced from old houses and buildings in Europe. The wood is aged, bearing visible marks from exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind. A clear wax is applied to the surface.

Denver & Vermont Collections – Weathered Oak

The oak used in the Denver and Vermont collections, known as “weathered oak,” consists of solid oak combined with oak veneer and is treated with wax.

Care & Maintenance

• Always use coasters under glasses, cups, and vases
• Avoid harsh cleaning agents – they can damage the finish
• Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth
• Use a vacuum with a soft furniture attachment to clean cracks and natural imperfections
